We offer a full generalist HR and Payroll service bespoke to you whether you require additional help in your existing HR department or would like someone to act as your HR service. Mendip HR and Payroll Solutions Ltd is here to help you, whether you are a small or medium sized company and require us to either act as your HR Manager, help your existing HR Manager, or stand in when your HR Manager is away. We offer a totally bespoke service to each client, depending on the help they require, from onboarding and ensuring new employees are settled in as quickly as possible and right the way through their employee lifecycle to when they leave your company, and you require help with dismissals, redundancy, and Exit Interviews. We are always here to help you whether by email, telephone or on site visits.

Payroll

Mendip HR and Payroll - Payroll

Mendip HR and Payroll Solutions Ltd offers a monthly, fortnightly, and weekly payroll service providing you with the reassurance that your employees are paid correctly. We supply you with your own online portal and each employee receives access to be able to view their payslips online always making sure that you are compliant with GDPR.

Pensions

Mendip HR and Payroll - Pensions

Under the Pensions Act 2008 every employee who is between the age of 22 and State Pension Age, and earning at least £10,000 per annum, is entitled to be part of the Autoenrollment Pension Scheme. As part of our payroll service, we can set you up with a fully compliant scheme and ensure that your own and your employees contributions are legally submitted. We will also provide you with all the necessary paperwork for your employees and will be there to answer any questions which you or they may have. 

Recruitment

We can take the stress out of your recruitment and onboarding processes whether by working with several different contacts we have within the recruitment field or by selecting and finding the candidates ourselves. We can help screen the candidates before offering you the most appropriate candidates for you to interview. Once you have chosen who you would like to interview, we can arrange the interviews for you either face to face or using an assessment centre where we can provide you a schedule which is suitable for your bespoke needs. We can help you with any decisions that you make on the candidates and help with the recruitment process in terms of onboarding.
